About my Photography

I bought my first real camera, a Canon Rebel T7, on August 12, 2022. I first started using it by taking it to every gathering I went to with friends, or just using it for fun around the city.

I found myself getting into Astrophotography in 2024, when many celestial events happened, like the Solar Eclipse and the Northern Lights, multiple times. Where I want to be with Astrophotography is not nearly where it is, but I still find myself enjoying the peaceful nights pointing my camera up, and seeing what I cannot with my own eyes.

Right now, I work for a Sandwich/Pizza Shop in Marysville, Michigan. I do Food Photography for all the products and Graphic Design for their Labels and advertisements. If you live in the area, get a Gaws Sub or Wrap for the cause.

I use Photoshop and Lightroom for my photos. Most of my works only require Lightroom, but sometimes I have to get the big dog (Photoshop) involved.

Astrophotography

Ursa Major Constellation

This photo was one of my first attempts with a Star Tracker. I recently started investing in more equipment, and plan to go out way more and collect wide-angle photos of our Milky Way Galaxy, as well as potential deep space photos.

The Big Dipper

Orions Belt

Orion and The Three Sisters

Although it may be the easiest to spot, Orion interests me for its shape and the stars themselves, like Betelgeuse.

This photo was taken before I had a tracker, so hopefully, when the season arrives, I can capture its beauty once more with experience.

The Moon

Luna

The Moon has always been something I’ve shot with my camera, even before I started doing Astrophotography. This specific photo is my favorite. I can’t seem to capture it the way I did this night, but in the future, I’ll do better.
